Terms of Service
By using Shubhink, you agree to these terms. Because our utility tools run entirely locally on your device, our terms are simple and developer friendly.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the tools provided on Shubhink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please close the website page.
2. Use of the Tools (The "Zero Data" Architecture)
Our tools are designed to execute 100% Client-Side. This means the utilities (like the Password Generator, JSON Formatter, Key Generator, etc.) run directly in your own browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly.
- No Warranty: While we build these tools using modern standards (such as the Web Crypto API), the tools are provided "AS IS". We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, security, or reliability.
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the data, strings, codes, or images you process using our utilities. Because we do not store or see your data, we cannot recover lost passwords, lost cryptographic keys, or formatted text.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use our site for illegal purposes or to distribute malware.
3. Intellectual Property
The structural design, styling, and compiled code of Shubhink are owned by us. However:
- Any data, password, key, or formatted output generated by you using our tools belongs entirely to you.
- We utilize open-source libraries (like
monaco-editorandreact-image-crop) which are governed by their respective licenses (mostly MIT).
4. Advertising and Third-Party Links
To keep Shubhink free, we use third-party advertising partners, notably Google AdSense.
- These advertisers may use cookies to serve personalized ads.
- We are not responsible for the content of the advertisements displayed, nor the external websites they link to.
- Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how third-party advertising cookies operate.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shubhink and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the tools. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, security breaches on your local machine, or business interruptions.
